A standard stud wall with basic drywall may be appropriate for low-demand areas, but it has limits. Texture is another decision that should be made intentionally. A light texture can help conceal minor surface variation and match an existing building finish. Smooth finishes often provide a cleaner, more modern appearance, especially in offices and retail spaces. Neither is automatically better. Schedule Drywall Around the Work That Happens Behind It
Commercial schedules move fast, which is exactly why drywall should not be rushed ahead of coordination.
