How We Bid and Run the Job
Send plans. PDF, images or a link. Include the city, approximate square footage, finish level and the date you need a number.
Takeoff from the drawings. We price per board and per square foot off your plans, broken out by hang, finish and any framing, so you can compare line by line.
One price per trade. No allowances buried in the number. Change orders only for scope you add.
Schedule to your calendar. Our own crews, not day labor. We tell you the day we start and the day we are out.
Walk-through before paint. We fix touch-ups before your painter shows up, not after.
With every package: certificate of insurance and W-9 on award, a named foreman on site, daily cleanup, and a point of contact who answers the phone.

What is the minimum job size?
$20,000 for the drywall or framing package. We do not take patch, repair or single-room jobs.
Do you work directly with homeowners?
No. We bid to builders, remodelers, developers and general contractors. A homeowner building a custom home should have their builder send us the plans.
How fast can you turn a bid?
Most residential packages come back within three business days of receiving plans. Tell us your bid date and we will hit it.
Do you supply the board?
Yes, material and labor on one line, or labor-only if you buy direct. Say which you want when you send plans.
What finish levels do you do?
Level 4 standard; Level 5 skim on request for high-light walls and ceilings. Knockdown, orange peel, skip trowel and smooth.
Are you insured?
Yes. General liability and workers' compensation; certificate of insurance and W-9 sent on award.
What areas do you serve?
